Driven by her personal experiences navigating the public school system, Jennifer works tirelessly to change the trajectory of young people’s lives through education; particularly students of color. As Senior Director of Partnerships at Equal Opportunity Schools (EOS), Jennifer coaches district and school leaders across the country in desegregating Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate classes. Before EOS, she spent over a decade with Rainier Scholars— an intensive college prep program for low-income students of color from 5th grade through college completion.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering, as well as a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, both from the University of Washington. When she’s not saving the world with EOS, Jennifer loves listening to 90’s R&B and impromptu dance battles with friends.
