CIS Seattle’s mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Our 2016-2017 budget is $850,000, and we expect to serve over 15,000 children and families, providing intensive case management services to over 500 children. Our current staff includes four central office employees and 16 program staff. Our Board is an active and dedicated group of community volunteers who support the success of the organization primarily through strategic governance and fundraising.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to help an established organization grow. We seek a visionary leader to guide the organization to achieve substantial growth, expand and diversify funding streams to enable growth, nurture relationships with future partners, develop program and administrative staff, and refine standards for program quality delivery. S/he should have a passion for the CIS Seattle mission, the ability to inspire and empower others and a demonstrated ability to turn vision into reality.

Interviews will be held in early April with qualified candidates selected for an initial panel interview and top candidates will be invited back for a final second interview if needed. Candidates selected for the position must pass FBI fingerprinting and WA State Patrol background checks.
